Future Charging Solutions was engaged to design, supply, and install the foundational electrical infrastructure required to support future electric vehicle (EV) charging across a multi-tenancy carpark.

The project involved establishing a compliant, scalable, and future-ready system allowing each tenant to connect their own charger models and manage their energy use effectively.

The project demonstrates Future Charging Solutions’ ability to retrofit EV readiness into existing buildings — providing a robust, networked EV infrastructure that balances convenience, cost-efficiency, and energy safety.

By integrating Dynamic Load Management and future connection points, the building is now fully prepared to support the growing demand for electric vehicles among residents.

Future Charging Solutions delivered wo 22 kW chargers equipped with smart billing and dynamic load management technology.

Successfully integrated the chargers into the existing electrical infrastructure, which was already operating near its full nominal capacity.

Future Charging Solutions proudly installed two Kempower 150 kW (C500) ultra-fast chargers, servicing four parking bays in Calderwood Village’s public parking area. These chargers provide rapid, convenient charging for residents, visitors, and retail traffic, supporting EV adoption, sustainable transport, and local economic activity.

Calderwood Village, part of the 700-hectare Calderwood Valley masterplanned community in the Illawarra region, is being transformed by Revelop. The $50 million project features:

-A full-line supermarket anchored by Woolworths and BWS

-Over 20 specialty retailers

-A childcare centre, gym, and 800 m² swim school

-Large-format medical and allied health facilities

-Al fresco dining precinct

-285 parking spaces
