  • At Future Charging Solutions, we aim to get your charger to you as quickly as possible. If the charger is in stock, it will be processed and dispatched the next business day, with delivery typically taking 2 to 4 business days depending on your location.

    If the charger is not in stock, dispatch times will depend on the supplier’s lead time. But don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated every step of the way. Our team will contact you directly to coordinate delivery and ensure your charger arrives as soon as possible.

  • At Future Charging Solutions, we do not keep chargers in stock. All chargers are shipped directly from the supplier, and their return policies apply accordingly. Please refer to each product page for the specific return policy applicable to that charger.

  • We offer installation services only within NSW.

    AC charger installations are available in Sydney and within a 250 km radius. However, we install DC chargers across all of NSW.

    While we do not offer installation outside of NSW, we are able to supply chargers to locations outside the state

  • The cost depends on several factors, including your home's existing electrical infrastructure, switchboard capacity, the distance between your switchboard and the charger location, and the type of charger you choose (single-phase or three-phase).
