The SEVR OPTI 7 is a smart 7kW AC EV charger designed for residential and light commercial applications. Featuring a compact, weather-resistant design, it delivers reliable and efficient charging while offering advanced connectivity through Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and optional 4G. The charger is compatible with all Type 2 electric vehicles and can be easily managed using the Ecosolex Home App for charging schedules, energy monitoring, RFID access, and remote control.
The OPTI 7 is OCPP 1.6J compatible, allowing seamless integration with third-party charging management platforms for user authentication, billing, remote monitoring, and energy management. It also supports dynamic load balancing and solar charging modes, enabling homeowners and businesses to optimise energy usage and make the most of available solar generation. For commercial and strata applications, the charger can integrate with external billing and payment platforms through OCPP, providing a flexible solution for shared charging environments.

The key terms of the warranty for the Zaptec G0 2 Chargers are as follows:
(a) We do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances. However, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
(b) Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Law Rights). All other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
(c) Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
(d) Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product.
