    The key terms for zappi EV Chargers supplied by Future Charging Solutions Pty Ltd are as follows:

    (a) You may request a return within 14 days of receiving the charger.

    (b) The charger must be in pristine condition, with all contents and its original, undamaged packaging.

    (c) You must contact Future Charging Solutions to request a return and receive return instructions before sending the charger back.

    (d) For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for arranging and paying for return delivery.

    (e) These conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the charger is faulty.

    This wording commits FCS to accepting 14-day change-of-mind returns. Use it on the website only if that is the policy FCS intends to offer; the 14-day term originally came from myenergi’s direct-purchase policy.
