Zaptec Pro (Biodirectional)
The Zaptec Pro is a premium, high-performance EV charger designed for shared and commercial environments such as apartment buildings, office workplaces, and fleet applications.
Built in Norway, it focuses on quality, scalability, and ease of use, offering advanced features for both users and site operators.
Zaptec Pro is highly scalable and suitable for large deployments (1000+ chargers across a site). You can start with a small number of chargers and expand over time without major electrical upgrades or re-cabling, thanks to its smart load management system.
Each circuit can support up to 100 chargers, with built-in dynamic load balancing and phase balancing to optimise available power.
The system is managed through the Zaptec Portal, which is free to use and allows you to: Monitor energy usage, Manage user access, Adjust load limits remotely, Perform firmware updates, Configure charging groups and schedules
Zampet pro can integrate with solar systems; however, solar optimisation is not built in. Charging using excess solar requires connection to a compatible external energy management system or platform.
No third-party energy management system is required for load balancing within the charging system. However, for whole-site energy monitoring and protection, Zaptec Sense can be installed in the main switchboard. Zaptec Sense measures total building consumption and dynamically adjusts EV charging to prevent overloading, making it ideal for sites with limited electrical capacity.

The key terms of the warranty for the Zaptec Pro Chargers are as follows:
(a) We do not accept returns for change of mind or other circumstances. However, you may have rights to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
(b) Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law (Consumer Law Rights). All other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
(c) Where you return products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
(d) Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product.
